Mentorship Forms Pack

This program is in its infancy and currently operates on a shoestring budget. Thanks to volunteer mentors and early supporters, it’s 100 % free to you right now.
• Any outings or activities a mentor chooses to do with your child will be covered by that mentor personally.
• We’re planning future fundraisers so that—soon—we can reimburse mentors, provide event scholarships, and gift matching T-shirts to every child and mentor.

You are not alone. Parenting can feel isolating, but this community exists so you always have someone to reach out to, celebrate with, or lean on during tougher days. When your child wins, you win. When you’re overwhelmed, we step in.
